5 Tips To Get You Started

After you have been through training, here are 5 quick tips on common problems that will help you get your first 3 proposals done

Here are 5 things that will help you complete your first 3 proposals. They are common issues that people run into.  After doing these a few times, this will become second nature.

  1. What if I can't log into my account?
    1. If you are having problems logging into your account, first make sure you have activated your account.  You should have gotten an email from support@rhinodox.com.  If you haven't activated your account, contact your admin to re-send the activation email.
    2. If you have activated your account try the 'Forgot Password' link at the login screen at https://app.RhinoDox.com.
    3. If you still have issues, please email support@rhinodox.com

  2. How do I create a project?
    1. Click here for step by step instructions on creating a project
  3. I don't see my GC's contact in the drop down list on the Project Details page
    1. It's possible that your GC contact is not in the database.
    2. Once you enter the Contact, going forward it will always be there as a drop down

  4. I don't see my name, phone and email on my bid.
    1. RhinoDox will personalize your bid by putting your name, email and phone on your proposal.
    2. Click here if you don't see your information on your bid.
  5. I need to make a change to my bid, should I revise it or rebid it?
    1. RhinoDox will track the number of Rebids on a project
    2. Over time, we can run analytics on how many times you have to bid a project to win it.
    3. Bid Revisions are used for small changes that usually happen on the same drawing issuance.
    4. Rebids are used when a new set of drawings or addendums come out.
    5. They both allow you to modify the last proposal you sent out, but bid revisions are not tracked.
