Performance Improvements
An issue was identified with loading the project list when a company has more than 50 projects. This was caused by a poor performing query. We’ve rewritten this query which led to a dramatic improvement in the performance of this page.
Scrollable Area
The scrollable area of the project list has been changed so that only the contents of the list will scroll. This fixes the header and footer in place so that the column headers and the create project link are always visible.
Document Creation
Estimator Phone Number and Title
Estimator phone number and job title are now passed into document generation allowing for these to be dynamically set on the document. The source data comes from the user’s details. Administrators can update these via Settings -> Security -> Users, or individual users can update their own information by clicking on My Info.
Update GC
The ability to update a General Contractor was added in this release.
Scrollable Area
The scrollable area of the GC List page was changed so that the footer with links to Add and Import GCs has been fixed in place and only the content of the list will now scroll.
Bid Due Date
Bid Due Date is now being passed into document generation as part of the project details.
Formstack Template Settings
Edit Template
It is now possible to update the template details for any previously created document template. Administrators can go to Settings -> Templates to update the details.
