Having Problems Logging In?

Not able to access your account? Try these 3 options:

Step1: I Forgot My Password

Step 2: I Reset My Password and Nothing Happened

Step 3: I am an Administrator and need to reset a user password


Forgot Password

If your password does not work or you have forgotten it, please follow the steps below to restore your access.

1. Click Forgot Password.

2. Enter your email address when prompted.

3. Check your email for the reset password link. (Make sure to check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, please make sure you check ALL of your folders for the email.)

4.  Enter your new password.

5.  Login with your new password when taken to the login screen.

I Reset My Password and Nothing Happened

If you went through the 'Forgot My Password' steps outlined above and still cannot access your account, you will need your administrator to resend an activation link.

You may be experiencing this for one of the following reasons:

1. If your user instance was created but you did not create your account within seven days of receiving the original activation email.

2. You have failed five attempts to log into your account and have been locked out. 

In both cases you will need to contact your account administrator to have them resend you a valid activation link.

 

I am an administrator and need to reset a user's password
