Check out what's new in RhinoDox
RhinoDox Product Updates
- Proposal Copying
After creating a new project, users will now able to use previously created proposals as a starting point for similar bidding situations. This allows certain proposal builds to function as pre-populated model, which can save estimators time and effort in the bidding process.
The information copied over from previous proposals includes Project Description, Scopes, Alternates, and Qualifications - you will still need to check and verify the information within is correct as well as double check and reset your Inclusions & Exclusions before sending out the proposal. Watch the demo below to see how to use this new tool:
- Customized Estimator Sign-Off
NOTE: Any users who wish to have access to this new feature should contact customersuccess@rhinodox.com - we can enable this upon request at no additional cost.
All RhinoDox users will now have the option to enter their own customized sign-off which will appear in the contact information box at the bottom of their proposals. This can be found and setup by navigating to the "My Info" page.
- New Team Roles
Additional roles can now be assigned to account users. We are expanding our permissions to include more customizability and personalization to what users have access to in the account.
Admins can now update this setting under Settings->Edit Users->Role. This setting will not currently apply any changes to user permissions and visibility, however in the near future this setting will provide special functionalities and accesses to users. It can be set now in advance of the coming changes and will be a required setting in a future release.
- Improvements to Adding from Clause Libraries in Proposal Builder
When adding a Scope from your library into a proposal, the name of the Scope section from your clause library will now copy over into the Scope title in the proposal. The same applies to Alternates as well.
Additionally, you can now expand and collapse the Project Overview, Scope, Alternate, and Qualifications clauses to check their contents before adding them to your proposal. Watch the video below for a quick review of these improvements:
- BUG FIX: After initially choosing a Bid Due Date, users are now able to reset the Bid Due Date as blank.
- BUG FIX: Double-clicking the "Save & Complete" button in the proposal builder will no longer produce duplicate Inclusions & Exclusions entries in both the proposal builder and the proposal document.
