Bid Analytics - Missing Information
What is it?
You can now easily identify projects with Missing Information. This will help you make sure your data is reliable when making bidding decision. The Dahsboard shows you a count of projects that are missing:
- Estimate Amounts
- Profit Percent
- Categories
- Bid Due Dates
- Estimated Start and Completion Dates
How to use it:
Requirement: You must have purchase the Bid Analytics Add-On in order to access this. Please contact support@rhinodox.com if you want to learn more.
You can not only view the counts of projects missing information, but see the details as well. You can filter for projects missing the information above AND filter by status, estimator or due date.

Enhancements
GC Contact Management
What is it?
You can now add, update, or otherwise manage your GC’s contacts right where the contact is being used on the project (rather than having to navigate to the GC page and edit the contacts there). This release adds a popup to allow users to manage contacts on their GC where they are used - the project details page, the bid inbox, etc.
How to use it:
The GC list on the project details page now has a button to edit / view the contacts for that GC. The icon is an address card and appears at the right of the list next to the 3 dot context menu.
This also applies to the GC list on the project tab when creating or attaching an email to a project from the bid inbox.
Clicking that icon displays a popup that lists the contacts for that GC and allows the user to edit an existing contact or create a new contact.
