Making Manual Changes to a Proposal

This video explains how to make changes to a proposal outside of RhinoDox and then save that back to RhinoDox.

In very limited cases, you might need to make a manual edit to a proposal outside of RhinoDox.

A reason might be, adding an image to a proposal in a designated place.  While we know it NEVER happens, sometimes different GCs get different prices.

In both these cases, you have to make the changes outside of RhinoDox and import it back in.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you use the proposal builder to generate a proposal AFTER uploading a manual change, like adding an image, the Proposal Builder will create a new version and overwrite anything you did manually.  We suggest using the 'Notes' function to remind yourself of anything you might have done 'Outside' RhinoDox.
