# How to add contact information to a proposal

## Estimators will need to add their contact information to their account

Each RhinoDox user can and should add their contact information to their account which will appear in all proposals they create. 

Click your name in the bottom left corner, then select "My Info". Enter your first and last name, title at company, phone number, and email address, then click save. 

Each account user will need to enter this in their own personal account.
