We are in the beta stage of releasing two new GC specific dashboards to help you assess your performance over time with your general contractor list.
All customers on the Professional tier will soon have access to our brand new dashboards; GC Overview, and GC Details. You can access these dashboards when you access your account by clicking Dashboard on the left side menu then selecting either of the GC dashboards from the dropdown in the top left corner.
Note: Both of the dashboards are still in the Beta phase and are being finetuned before they are officially released. Feel free to reach out to us with any feedback, comments, or questions.
Both the GC Overview and GC Detail dashboards feature hit ratio calculations, for the sake of clarity I will list the formula RhinoDox uses to calculate those numbers.
Hit Ratio % = Won Jobs / Total Awarded Jobs
Hit Ratio $ = Won Job Contract Amount / Original Estimate Amount

This page allows you to examine into your company's performance in relation to each GC company you've bid to in RhinoDox. You can slice and dice this page to dig for specific pieces of data, or compare GC performance side by side to see where you're succeeding and where you're having challenges. GC Details
This dashboard shows your company's performance with individual contacts at the GCs you bid to. Have you ever had a hunch that you just can't win with someone? This is where you can check up on your hunch and decide whether you need to have a direct conversation with that person - or send them a complimentary fruit basket.
