Yes we do! We support multiple lines of business by offering multiple Proposal Templates
What is it?
Some clients may use different formats for their bid letters depending on types of work or different lines of business. This feature allows RhinoDox to support different document templates to accommodate these requirements.
How to use it.
(Normally handled with a RhinoDox Customer Success agent)
Under Settings -> Templates. If you have multiple templates loaded into your account, Administrators can define uses for them based on the lines of business you have designated in your system. It’s important to give each template a meaningful name as this is what will be displayed to the estimator when generating their bid letters.
When multiple templates are defined, estimators will have to choose their template before generating the bid letter. This is done on the Proposal Builder on the Project Overview tab.
